Photochrom #7086 titled: Christina, Carl Johans Gade med Slottet.
This is the main street, Karl Johans Gate in Christiana, Norway (Norge) - now Oslo (known as Kristiana between 1878 - 1924).
Carl Johan I assume is Charles XIV John of Sweden, king of Norway and Sweden 1818-1844.
The building at the far back is the Oslo Royal Palace (Slottet in Norwegian). Built in the first half of the 19th Century for Carl Johan, it still exists (survived WW II) and can be visited nowadays.
