View over Oban

A nice view over the seaside town of Oban on the west coast of Scotland (and 'gateway to the Isles'). Several sailing vessels are anchored in front of the Oban harbour. Around this time Oban was a busy port exporting wool, whisky, slate and kelp to Glasgow and beyond. And like many other places the arrival of a railway meant the introduction of tourism to the small town turning it into a resort.
