Cliffs and beach at Clacton-on-Sea

Picture of Clacton-on-Sea (#10253). Plenty of people enjoying the beach on what looks to be a calm day. The seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea was founded in 1871 (so just twenty years or so before this picture was made) and lies in Essex, England.
