View of Dartmouth from Dyer's Hill

Picture of the River Dart and Dartmouth, Devon England, taken from Dyer's Hill. That is the description given on the photochrom 10500.

But it looks different to me. I think this is a view of the river Dart ending in the Channel. With Kingswear on the opposite, so the title should be Kingswear from.... I've not been able to find any reference to Dyer's Hill either. The best I can come up with is that this is taken from Jawbones Hill, using Google Maps for some assistance.
